"3+X"主题党日活动作为推进"两学一做"教育常态化、制度化,强化党员队伍教育管理的一项基本制度,如何在党支部落实落地,是当前基层党建工作必须思考的重要课题。在充分调研的基础上理清主题党日活动在固定程序、学习教育、"X"内容和制度管理等方面存在的问题,认真查找原因,并提出相应的改进措施,切实做到"规范化、常态化、重实效",推动全面从严治党向基层延伸。
