随着社会的发展和进步,如何做好社区在职党员"双重管理"工作已成为社区党建工作的一项重要内容。江汉油田社区事务管理中心五七居民事务管理三站党支部以"九抓四联五完善"为切入点,整合内外资源,不断夯实"双重管理"工作,形成党组织推动党员,党员带动群众共建文明和谐家园的良好氛围,用党员的先锋模范作用,推动文明和谐社区建设再上新台阶。
