浅谈油田企业“三项制度”改革的实施路径

摘要 "三项制度"改革是建立现代企业制度和增强企业治理能力的重要措施,对提高要素生产率,激发企业内部活力,实现高质量可持续发展具有重大意义。在分析"三项制度"改革历史背景和重要意义的基础上,研究制定油田企业推进实施"三项制度"改革的思路与路径,深化改革,让油田企业持续提质增效。 The reform of "Three Systems"is an important measure to establish modern enterprise system and enhance enterprise governance capacity and of significance in improving total factor productivity, stimulating enterprise inner vitality and realizing sustainable and high-quality development. On the basis of analysis of historical background and significance in the reform of "Three Systems", this paper studies and formulates thinking and approach to boost implementation of "Three Systems"reform in oilfield enterprise to make it continue to advance quality and efficiency.
