提升石油机械制造企业物流管理水平的思考

On Promoting Logistics Management Level of Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Enterprise

为提升企业效益,石油机械制造企业在加强自身建设的同时,也应提升贯穿石油机械制造企业的生产准备、制造过程、市场销售、产品运输等环节的物流管理水平。以石油机械制造企业为研究主体,分析其物流管理在实际工作中的应用,从科学化、规范化、精细化管理的角度展开思考,改良现有的物流管理体制和机制,逐步构建适应现代企业发展的物流管理体系。

Taking petroleum machinery manufacturing enterprise as the research subject, this paper analyzes its logistics management application in actual work and in the perspective of scientific, normal and delicate management thinks that we should improve existing logistics management system and mechanism and build gradually logistics management system adapted to modern enterprise development.
