摘要 当今,粮食的水分含量已经成为粮食储藏和加工中一个重要的环节,如何更加精准地测定已经成为粮食成产企业、用户等最为关心的话题,目前有多种测量方法,但各有优缺点。因此,该文提出了基于两级模拟放大电路,使用电阻式传感器的测量法,详细介绍了它的测试原理、硬件结构、软件流程和试验结果。该电阻式粮食水分仪具有测量精度高、低功耗、便于携带、操作方便等优点。 Today, the moisture content of grain in grain storage and processing has become an important link, how to more accurately determine has become a food production enterprise, the user is the most concerned topics, such as there are a variety of measurement methods, but each has advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, this paper proposes a two-stage analog amplification circuit, using the measurement method of resistive sensor, and introduces its testing principle, hardware structure, software flow and experimental results in detail. The resistive grain moisture meter has the advantages of high precision, low power consumption, easy to carry and easy to operate.
