丸类预包装食品定量计数配重的新方法

A New Method for Quantitative and Countable Counterweight of Prepackaged Mixed-meat Ball

针对预包装丸类食品在自动包装过程中的定量计数问题,提出了一种实用性强的新方法。该方法基于对单粒丸类食品质量分布的统计分析,建立了有效的配重模型。依据建模理论方法设计了多通道分流配重的机械结构。该方法可有效提高丸类预包装食品的定量计数配重效率和计量精度。试验结果表明,该方法具有可行性和可操作性。

Aiming at the problem of quantitative and countable counterweight of prepackaged mixed-meat ball in the automatic packaging process, a new method with strong practicality was proposed. This method was based on the statistical analysis of the weight distribution of single mixed-meat ball and establishes an effective counterweight model. According to modeling theory method, the mechanical structure of multichannel diverting counterweight was designed. The method could improve the efficiency and accuracy of the quantitative and countable counterweight of the prepackaged mixed-meat ball. The experimental results showed that the method was feasible.
