基于公众关注角度的食品安全风险预警因素研究

Research on the Risk Warning Index for Food Safety Based on Public Opinion Perspective

食品安全涉及从生产到流通多个环节,如何基于在线信息获取的相关大数据,挖掘食品安全风险因素,是食品安全治理面临的重大问题,对于科学有效预警食品安全事件具有重要意义。基于网络爬虫技术挖掘2011—2014年食品安全事件新闻,分析和提炼风险预警因素,同时结合公众关注视角,进一步与近些年高热度舆情的15个食品安全事件进行关联分析,基于粗糙集方法筛选核心预警因素。通过将公众关注视角纳入食品安全风险管理,通过关联分析提炼出引起高热度舆情事件的食品风险共性因素,这将为食品安全风险预警和治理提供决策支持,促进食品安全社会共治。

As food safety relates with so many different links, how to find food safety risk factors based on big data is an important research topic, and it will improve advance warning for food safety risk management. The food safety risk factors were constructed based on the food safety incidents between 2011 and 2014. From the network public opinion perspective, fifteen food safety incidents which were paid high attention in the network were analyzed to find common risk factors. The rough set was used to relational analysis and filter core risk warning factors. The online public opinion warning was brought in the warning index system for food safety. The common risk factors have been constructed based on the data mining and fifteen food safety incidents, and it will provide decision support for food safety management. The research based on data mining will improve early warning standard for food safety comparing to traditional methods.
