摘要
多金属氧酸盐(POMs)具有独特的结构和功能特性。在酶学领域,因有望成为一种潜在有效的酶抑制剂而备受关注。通过对国内外研究成果进行综述,并结合实验室多年的研究成果,论述了其在酶动力学和PAGE电泳分析方面的应用,以期为进一步探索多金属氧酸盐在酶学领域的研究提供理论依据。
Polyoxometallates(POMs), with its unique structural and functional properties, have attracted much attention in the field of enzymology due to their potential as potentially effective enzyme inhibitors. Summarize the research results at home and abroad, combine the results of many years of research in this laboratory, and discuss its application in enzyme kinetics and PAGE electrophoresis, to provide a theoretical basis for further exploration of polyoxometalates in the field of enzyme research.
