摘要
LNG储罐是储存液化天然气的重要设备,其安全问题十分重要。加强定期检验检测是及时发现安全隐患、保障LNG储罐运行安全的主要手段。由于LNG测。结合LNG储罐的结构特点及服役特征,对其潜在的损伤和失效模式进行分析,提出将在线、动态的声发射技术应用于LNG储罐的监测,并通过理论可行性分析和现场检测应用实例,对该项技术应用的可行性进行了探索和验证。结果表明,声发射技术可以监测到LNG储罐内外壳运行过程中的微损伤信号,能有效地应用于LNG储罐的监测和评价。
LNG tank is an important equipment for LNG storage, and its safety is very important. Strengthening periodic inspection and testing is the main means to discover potential safety hazards in time and to ensure the safety of LNG storage tanks. Due to the structural particularity of LNG storage tank, it is difficult to effectively monitor the structural integrity of LNG storage tank by conventional non-destructive testing methods. Based on the structural and service characteristics of LNG tank, the potential damage and failure modes of LNG tank are analyzed in this paper. It is proposed that online and dynamic acoustic emission technology should be applied to LNG tank monitoring. The feasibility of this technology is explored and verified through theoretical feasibility analysis and field test examples. The results show that the acoustic emission technology can monitor the micro-damage signals of the inner and outer shells of LNG tanks during operation, and can be effectively applied to the monitoring and evaluation of LNG tanks.
