基于物理模型试验的永定河保障房段防洪安全研究 被引量:2

Research on flood control safety of the indemnificatory apartment section of Yongding river based on a physical model test

摘要 北京市永定河保障房段左堤约4.1 km河段以老堤和套堤双堤形式防洪,目前,金隅滨河园(即保障房)等居民设施建设在两堤之间,入住人口约3万人,地势低洼,永定河洪水及防洪工程建设直接关系到两堤间居民的生命财产安全。通过永定河三家店—卢沟桥约15.5 km河段物理模型试验,明确了保障房段各级洪水条件下行洪水位和两堤间居民的淹没风险;观测水流流速、流势、河床变形及堤脚冲淤情况,分析了洪水对套堤安全稳定性的影响;提出按定床试验水位加高套堤、加固套堤基础(防护深度不小于10 m)的建议。 The old embankment and set-back levee are located at the left bank,4.1 km,of Yongding river,which are used to defense flood.Because of the low terrain,Yongding river’s flood control project is directly related to the safety of the 30,000 residents in the region.Based on the physical model test of the 15.5 kilometers section from Sanjiadian to Lugou bridge of Yongding river,flood level and flooding risk of the indemnificatory apartment region are studied.The flow velocity,flow potential,riverbed deformation and scouring or silting conditions of the levee are observed,and the impact of flood on the safety and stability of the set-back levee is also analyzed.The levee construction plan of the river section is discussed,and heightening and strengthening the set-back levee is proposed(the reinforcement depth of the levee toe is no less than 10 meters).
