经前期综合征回顾性诊断标准的多中心研究

Multicenter Study of Setrospective Diagnostic Criteria for Premenstrual Syndrome

目的:引进并修订国际经前期综合征回顾性诊断标准。方法:采用整群抽样法,参照美国妇产科学会经前期综合征的诊断标准和量表,进行国内大样本、多中心检验和修订研究。结果:对引进的美国妇产科学会推荐的经前期综合征诊断标准作了翻译与修订,筛查出符合诊断标准的患者947例。结论:最终结果显示,采用本研究编译的中文版经前期综合征诊断标准所获得的患者症状、发病率等数据,符合国内已有文献报道,适合作为国内经前期综合征诊断参考标准。

Objective:To introduce and revise the diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis of premenstrual syndrome.Methods:The large-sample,multi-center test and revision study were conducted by cluster sampling method with reference to the diagnostic criteria and scale of premenstrual syndrome of American Obstetrics and Gynecology Association.Results:The introduction of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology recommended translation and revision of the diagnostic criteria for premenstrual syndrome,screening for 947 patients who met the diagnostic criteria.Conclusion:The final results show that the patient′s symptoms and morbidity obtained from the Chinese version of the pre-menstrual syndrome diagnostic criteria compiled in this study are consistent with the domestic literature reports and are suitable as a reference standard for the diagnosis of premenstrual syndrome in China.
