化痰散结法联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌

Huayu Sanjie Method Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的:观察化痰散结法联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法:将60例中晚期胃癌患者分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用化疗联合化痰散结法治疗,对照组仅给予化疗方法,两组患者均治疗4个周期,观察两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、卡氏(Karnofsky,KPS)评分、临床疗效、骨髓抑制以及免疫功能情况。结果:两组患者治疗后中医症状积分、KPS积分、T细胞亚群比较,均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者瘤体缓解率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而两组患者瘤体稳定率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在防止骨髓抑制方面,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰散结法联合化疗可改善患者的生存质量,起到协同增效减毒作用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huayu Sanjie method combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:Sixty patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with chemotherapy combined with Huatan Sanjie method.The control group was given chemotherapy treatment.The two groups were treated for 4 courses.The TCM symptom scores,Karnofsky(KPS) score,clinical efficacy,myelosuppression and immune function of both groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:The TCM symptom scores,KPS scores and T cell subsets of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the tumor remission rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the difference in the tumor stability between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in preventing bone marrow suppression(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huayu Sanjie method combined with chemotherapy can improve the quality of life of patients,with a synergistic effect.
