芍药甘草汤治疗葡萄膜炎

Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in Treatment of Uveitis

目的:观察芍药甘草汤治疗葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。方法:86例葡萄膜炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患者给予妥布霉素滴眼液,3次·d^(-1);普拉洛芬滴眼液,3次·d^(-1);阿托品滴眼液,1次·d^(-1)。观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予芍药甘草汤300 mL(白芍颗粒剂90 g,甘草颗粒剂30 g),早晚分服,连续4周。比较两组患者治疗前后视力、中医证候积分、患者临床疗效及痊愈时间。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者视力水平均提高,中医证候评分均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组患者的视力恢复较好,中医证候评分较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为67.44%,观察组为90.70%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组痊愈时间为(10.25±1.15) d,观察组为(6.83±1.01) d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芍药甘草汤治疗葡萄膜炎临床疗效显著,可提高患者视力,降低中医证候积分。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in the treatment of uveitis.Methods:86 patients with uveitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given tobramycin eye drops,3 times·d-1;pranoprofen eye drops,3 times·d-1;atropine eye drops,1 time·d-1.On the basis of the control group,the patients in the observation group were given 300 ml of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction(90 g of white peony granules,30 g of licorice granules),and they were given morning and evening for 4 weeks.The visual acuity,TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy and recovery time of the patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:Compared with before treatment,the visual acuity of the two groups increased after treatment,and the scores of TCM syndromes decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Well,the TCM syndrome scores were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 67.44%,and that of the observation group was 90.70%.The effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the control group was(10.25±1.15) d,and that of the observation group was(6.83±1.01) d.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in treating uveitis is significant,which can improve the vision of patients and reduce the score of TCM syndrome.
