Preliminary Research of Two-dimensional Ultrasound in Evaluationof the Regular Patterns of Normal Fetal Growth in the Plateau Region

摘要 目的:运用二维超声测定高原地区胎儿生长发育指标,发现其与孕周的相关性,探寻高原地区胎儿生长规律。方法:选取2016年6月至2016年12月在青海大学附属医院(海拔2300m)进行产前检查的89名正常妊娠孕妇为研究对象,将其分为四组:A组:≤27+6周,25例;B组:28~31+6周,18例;C组:32~35+6周,21例;D组:36~40周,25例。运用二维超声对胎儿双顶径(BPD)、头围(HC)、腹围(AC)、股骨(FL)进行测定,超声仪自动估测胎儿体重(EFW)。采用pearson相关系数描述正常妊娠胎儿生长发育指标随孕周变化的相关程度。结果:高原地区正常妊娠胎儿双顶径(BPD)、头围(HC)、腹围(AC)、股骨(FL)、估测体重(EFW)均与孕周正相关。结论 :高原地区正常妊娠胎儿生长发育指标随孕周增长而增长。 Purpose: This study was designed to investigate the use of two-dimensional ultrasonography in the evaluation of fetal growth and development in the plateau region and to explore the regular patterns of fetal growth and development in the plateau region. Methods: Eighty-nine pregnant women with normal pregnancy were enrolled in the hospital from June to December 2016 in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University. The patients were divided into four groups: Group A:≤ 27^+6 weeks, 25 cases;Group B: 28-31^+6 weeks, 18 cases;Group C: 32-35^+6 weeks, 21 cases;Group D: 36-40 weeks, 25 cases. Biparietal diameter(BPD), head circumference(HC), abdominal circumference(AC) and femur length(FL) were measured by two-dimensional ultrasonography. Fetal weight(EFW)was measured automatically. The Pearson correlation coefficient was used to describe the correlation between the growth and development of normal pregnancy and the gestational age. Results: BPD, HC, AC, FL together with fetal weight(EFW) were positively correlated with gestational age. Conclusion: The index of fetal growth and development in plateau area increased with gestational age.
