铜/钢复合线材不同工艺组织与性能分析

摘要 金属复合线材就是将两种或多种不同金属性能集于一身的新一代复合线材,铜覆钢线材兼具了钢的高强度和铜的优异导电性等特性,该材料在用作传输导线或同轴电缆方面的作用尤其巨大。本文研究了铜/钢双金属复合线材以及锌/钢双金属线材的界面形貌和界面成分,分析铜/钢双金属复合材料界面硬度规律,探索改善铜/钢双金属复合线材界面结合的最佳热处理工艺。根据对45钢、铜覆钢、铜覆钢(退火)、铜覆钢(轧制)的显微金相观察和截面硬度测试,发现通过固液相复合工艺制成的铜覆钢退火后的结合界面附近有着更为平缓的硬度过渡层,即Fe原子和Cu原子能够深入扩散至对方基体使钢芯与铜覆层稳定结合。结果表明,通过固液复合,冷变形处理和中间退火等工艺,可以获得边缘覆层均匀、界面冶金结合良好的铜/钢双金属复合线材。 Bimetallic wire is a new type of bimetallic wire with two different metal properties. Copper clad steel wire has the characteristics of high strength of steel and good conductivity of copper. The material is especially significant in the use of transmission line or coaxial cable. It have studied that the interface morphology and composition of bimetallic wire of copper clad steel. It have analyzed that the interfacial hardness of bimetallic wire of copper clad steel. And the optimum heat treatment process for improving the interface of copper/steel double metal composite wire was explored. Based on the test of microscopic metallographic observation and hardness on the 45 steel,copper clad steel,copper clad steel( as annealed),copper clad steel( as rolled). It found that the combination of interface of copper clad steel after annealing has a more gentle transition layer. And the combination of inter face of copper clad steel by rolling has extremely slight uneven state. The results have showed that it can get well-distributed cladding along circumferential edge and good metallurgical bonding interface of the cladding copper clad steel bimetal composite wire through the solid-liquid combination,cold deformation treatment and annealing-in-process.
