消石利胆胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆囊结石临床研究

Clinical Study on Xiaoshi Lidan Capsules Combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid in the Treatment of Gallstone

目的观察消石利胆胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效。方法选取医院2014年2月至2017年12月收治的胆囊结石患者243例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(122例)和对照组(121例)。两组患者均予常规对症治疗,并口服熊去氧胆酸胶囊,观察组患者在此基础上餐后口服消石利胆胶囊;两组患者均治疗8周。结果观察组总有效率为92. 62%,明显高于对照组的81. 82%(P <0. 05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平均显著降低,结石直径显著缩小,疼痛评级指数和现有疼痛强度均显著下降(P <0. 05),且观察组上述指标均明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);两组不良反应发生率相当(41. 10%比5. 79%,P>0. 05)。结论消石利胆胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆囊结石,能有效缓解症状,改善胆汁淤积状态,缩小结石直径,抑制机体炎性反应。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoshi Lidan Capsules combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of gallstones.Methods Totally 243 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group(122 cases)and the control group(121 cases)by the random number table method.The patients in the two groups were given routine symptomatic treatment and oral administration of Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules,on this basis,the patients in the observation group took Xiaoshi Lidan Capsules orally after meals.The patients in the two groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.62%,which was significantly higher than 81.82% of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactiveprotein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were significantly decreased,the stone diameter was significantly reduced,the pain rating index and the current pain intensity were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar(4.10% vs.5.79%,P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoshi Lidan Capsules combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of gallstones can effectively relieve symptoms,improve cholestasis,reduce stone diameter and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
