锁骨中段骨折接骨板内固定术后并发上肢深静脉血栓一例 被引量:4

摘要 接骨板内固定术治疗锁骨中段骨折术中存在医源性锁骨下动、静脉损伤风险,一旦发生将可能给患者带来患肢缺血、上肢深静脉血栓等灾难性结果,甚至威胁患者生命。笔者结合暨南大学附属珠海医院收治的1例右侧锁骨中段骨折接骨板内固定术后并发上肢深静脉血栓患者的治疗经验及文献资料,分析并探讨此类并发症发生的危险因素、预防措施及其临床处理措施。
