摘要
介绍了3种木地板水性UV固化涂料的涂装方案。开放式涂装的木地板具有优秀的漆膜附着力和表面耐磨性能,但漆膜硬度偏低(通常在5B~3B之间),通过增加涂布量和红外干燥的方法可以提高漆膜硬度。封闭式涂装,采用高固含单一水性UV涂装工艺还不够成熟,漆膜质量还有待进一步提升;UV底漆与水性UV面漆配合使用,既降低了底漆部分涂饰的难度,又满足漆膜饱满度、漆膜亮度等外观质量及耐磨、硬度、附着力等漆膜性能要求。
Three protocols were introduced to prepare wood flooring coated with waterborne UV curing coating. Open coating of wood flooring using waterborne UV coating had excellent film adhesion and surface weapresistance, but with relative low film hardness 乮5B .3B乯. The film hardness could be improved by increasing the amount of coating and adding infrared drying procedure. For closed coating, the use of the single waterborne UV coating with high solid-content was a trend, but the process was not mature enough, especially the quality of paint film still needed to be further improved. Using both UV primer and waterborne UV coating together, not only reduced the difficulty of the primer part of the coating, and met many performance requirements, such as the film fullness, film brightness and other appearance quality and wear resistance, hardness, adhesion, etc.
