全球HIV青少年新发感染者呈现上升趋势且病死率仍在增加,青少年正成为受HIV感染危害最严重的群体之一。青少年HIV防治策略应结合青春期的独特性。此文介绍了近年国际上在青少年HIV防治领域的探索和进展,以期为加强我国青少年健康教育、改善行为模式,同时为提高检测咨询的可及性,改善抗病毒治疗的普及和依从性,提高暴露前预防可接受度提供参考。

New HIV-infected adolescents all over the world are being on the rise, and the mortality rate is still increasing. Adolescents become one of the most seriously affected groups. Strategies of adolescent HIV prevention should incorporate the uniqueness of puberty. This article introduces the international exploration and progress in the field of HIV prevention and treatment in adolescents in recent years, to strengthen health education and improve behavior patterns, and to provide the reference for increasing the accessibility of testing and consulting, improving the coverage and adherence of anti-retroviral therapy and enhancing the acceptance of pre-exposure prophylaxis.
