摘要
目的:探讨饮食指导对宫颈癌患者放疗副反应的影响。以便制定出更规范全面的饮食计划和饮食健康教育项目。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年9月接受放射治疗的90例宫颈癌患者,采用随机数字表法随机分成对照组和干预组,每组各45例。对照组患者接受常规的饮食健康教育,干预组患者接受由营养专业团队开展的个体化营养饮食指导,比较干预前后对照组和干预组在感染、外阴炎、靶区位移、胃肠道反应、直肠反应发生率的差异。结果:干预组在感染、外阴炎、靶区位移、胃肠反应、直肠炎反应的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:饮食指导能降低宫颈癌患者放疗期间感染、外阴炎、靶区位移、胃肠道反应和直肠反应的发生率,改善患者营养状况,值得进一步临床应用和推广。
Objective: To investigate how dietary guidance affect the side effects of radiotherapy in patients with cervical cancer, in order to develop a more standardized and comprehensive diet plan and healthy diet instructions. Methods: In total ,90 patients with cervical cancer received radiotherapy from January 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group ( n =45 ) and the intervention group ( n =45). The patients in the control group received routine dietary health education, and the patients in the intervention group received individualized nutritional diet guidance carried out by the professional nutrition team. Before and after the intervention, the two groups were compared in incidence of infection, vulvitis, target area displacement, gastrointestinal reaction and rectal reaction. Results: The above-mentioned indicators in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Dietary guidance can reduce incidence of infection, vulvitis, target area displacement, gastrointestinal reaction and rectal reaction in patients with cervical cancer during radiotherapy, and improve the nutritional status of patients. It is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
