子宫颈癌相关生物标志物研究进展

Progress of Research on Cervical Cancer-related Bio-markers

子宫颈癌是发展中国家女性死亡的主要原因之一,高危型人乳头瘤病毒(high risk human papilloma virus,HR-HPV)感染被认为是致病因素之一。虽然宫颈癌的筛查诊断方法日益完善,但是传统的手术、化疗、放疗治疗方式仍未能达到令人满意的治疗效果,晚期患者预后不佳。生物标志物通常存在于血液、组织或其他体液中,作为正常或异常病理状态的标志;可以通过遗传学、蛋白组学、细胞或分子学方法对生物标志物进行检测,目前一些宫颈癌相关生物标志物被广泛认可,已运用于临床。近年来,研究发现某些长链非编码RNA(long-chain non-coding RNAs,lncRNA)、微小RNA(MicroRNA)在宫颈癌的筛查、诊断、预后、治疗反应评估以及检测癌症复发方面具有一定的价值。现就相关研究进展作一综述。

Cervical cancer is one of the leading causes of death in developing countries. High risk human papillomavirus infection is considered to be one of the pathogenic factors. Although the screening and diagnosis methods of cervical cancer are increasingly perfect, traditional surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy have not achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects, and the prognosis of patients in advanced stage is poor. Bio-markers commonly found in blood, tissue or other body fluids as a marker of normal or abnormal pathological state can be detected via genetics, proteomics, cellular or molecular methods. Currently, some cervical cancer-related markers have been widely recognized and used clinically. In recent years, studies have found that some long-chain non-coding RNAs and microRNAs have certain value in screening, diagnosis, prognosis ,treatment response assessment, and detection of cancer recurrence. A review of relevant research progress is now available.
