基于机构物-场理论的自动变速箱换挡变拓扑分析 被引量:2

Shifting variable topology analysis of automatic transmission based on mechanism Su-field theory

摘要 针对目前液力机械式自动变速箱(AT)在机构学上拓扑概念不明确以及没有系统描述AT换挡过程的问题,首先解析变速箱的构件、连接、关联关系、不变运动链、可变运动链等集合论的概念及其相互关系,探明换挡的机构学本质,提出换挡过程等效为变胞器的图形描述方法,然后基于物-场理论,建立AT元素级、运动链级和机构级多层次的物-场拓扑模型,揭示AT物-场变拓扑模型的建模规律,最后以某工程车辆AT为例,分析物-场拓扑描述方法 AT变拓扑机构中的应用,表明本文方法的可行性和有效性,为AT的计算机创新设计和动力学建模提供理论基础。 Currently some topology definitions of automatic transmission are not clear,and there are no comprehensive descriptions of the shifting process.To solve these problems,first,the definitions and interactions of part,connection,relevance,constant kinematic chain and variable kinematic chain are interpreted for AT gearbox,and the shifting mechanism theory is ascertained.Moreover,the description principle of shifting is presented.Then,the multi-layered Su-field topology models of component(part,connection and relevance)kinematic chain and mechanism are constructed based on Su-field theory.The modeling law of automatic transmission Su-field topology model is ascertained.Finally,the application of Su-field topology modeling method in one off-way vehicle automatic transmission is discussed.It indicates that the proposed method is feasible and effective,and it provides theoretical reference for computer innovative design and dynamic modeling of AT gearbox.
