摘要
为研究废气旁通阀执行机构对增压汽油机瞬态响应的影响,提高涡轮增压发动机的瞬态响应性能,针对一台带废气旁通阀的涡轮增压汽油机,使用发动机一维仿真软件对其稳态及瞬态工况进行仿真分析,并在发动机台架上进行稳态及瞬态试验。试验结果表明:弹簧刚度适当增加可缩短发动机的响应时间并增大扭矩;弹簧预紧力的增大延长了发动机的响应时间,但提高了发动机扭矩;适中的系统阻尼有利于发动机在瞬态过程中的快速稳定;在原机基础上,采取弹簧刚度为2.6k、弹簧预紧力为1.2F0,且系统阻尼不变的优化方案时,在1500、3500、5000r/min 3个转速下,发动机瞬态响应时间分别缩短22.4%、47.1%及50%。
For the sake of studying the influence of wastegate actuator on transient response of turbocharged engine and improving engine transient response performance,steady and transient tests of a turbocharged gasoline engine with wastegate were carried out on an engine test bench,and relevant steady and transient simulations were accomplished using one-dimensional simulation software.Results show that the proper increase in spring stiffness can shorten engine transient response time and improve engine torque.The increase in spring preload can increase the time from the transient state to steady state of the engine,however,it can improve engine torque.Proper system damping can benefit the transient process from transient state to steady state.Optimization simulation was carried out using orthogonal experimental design method.Results show that,based on the original engine,with optimize solution of 2.6 k of spring stiffness,1.2 F0 of spring preload and original system damping,the transient response time can be reduced by 22.4%,47.1% and 50%respectively under 1500 r/min,3500 r/min and 5000 r/min.
