摘要
拓展性课程的提出是回应时代对多样化人才需求和实施个性化教育的必然选择。只有正确处理好拓展性课程与三级课程体系的关系,澄清拓展性课程与基础性课程和学生社团活动的区别和联系,才能实现拓展性课程的特有育人功能。拓展性课程的开发和开设必须基于中国学生发展核心素养和学校课程整体规划,在学生需求、教学资源与学校发展三者之间找到平衡点。完善拓展性课程,应加大课程改革的政策供给,以适应新技术引领的教育变革趋势。
The proposition of developmental courses is of great significance in response to the diversified social demands of talents as well as the practice of individualized education. Only by properly handling the relation between the developmental courses and the state three-level course system and clarifying the differences and connections between developmental courses and basic courses or student community activities can the particular educational functions of developmental courses be fully fulfilled. The development and implementation of developmental courses should be based on the key competencies of Chinese student development framework and the overall planning of the school curriculum, with a balance between student needs, course resources and school development. In order to perfect the developmental courses, curriculum reform policy mechanism should be improved, which can result in the adaptation of technology-driven educational reform.
