摘要 随着高速铁路的发展,调度集中系统得到广泛应用,极大提高了运输指挥效率。同时安全检查、数据卡控等功能的重要性也逐步显现出来。基于现有铁路调度指挥工作模式,本文针对固定进路、车站作业和调度命令3个方面安全卡控功能进行详细分析和研究;明确了调度集中系统安全卡控的需求;基于既有调度集中系统进行了硬件设计和功能分析,结合既有系统软件模块进行了卡控软件模块设计,并对卡控功能的实现进行详细分析和阐述,解决了人工检查和判断容易出错的问题,提高了运输指挥效率。 With the development of high-speed railway, the CTC system has been widely applied, which has greatly improved the efficiency of traffic command. Meanwhile, the importance of security check, data control and other functions has been gradually emerging. Based on the existing mode of railway dispatching and command, safety control for fixed route, station operations and dispatching command is analyzed and studied. Based on existing centralized traffic control system ,the hardware design and function analysis are carried out. In combination of existing soft ware modules, the software module of the safety control is designed and the realization of the control functions is analyzed and expounded in detail. This safety control can solve error-prone problems in manual inspection and judgment and enhance the efficiency of traffic command.
