Therefore, to realize informationized management of signaling equipment is an inevitable development trend. According to the management principles of " putting standards into working fields" and " data entry by scanning", 2-D bar code technology has been used in routine maintenance management of signaling equipment to solve the issues, such as the staffs short of understanding the performance and technical parameters of signal equipment , lack of film and video data of the concealed works, and laborious management of equipment technical records.
