中国与泰国甘蔗食糖相关产品标准比对研究 被引量:2

摘要 食糖是我国四大重要农产品和三大经济作物之一,是关系到国计民生和国家经济安全的重要战略物资。近年来,由于糖料生产投入大,成本收益率低等影响,我国食糖长期呈现产不足需、进口补充的基本格局。随着泰国白砂糖进入中国市场,我国甘蔗食糖产业发展面临巨大机遇和严峻挑战。本文通过比对研究我国与泰国甘蔗食糖相关标准,提出完善我国甘蔗食糖标准的建议,为提高我国食糖产品竞争力,推动制糖行业发展提供技术支撑。 Sugar is one of the four important agricultural products and one of the three major economic crops in China. It is an important strategic material related to people's livelihood and national economic security. In recent years, because of the large investment in sugar crop and low cost-benefit ratio, China's sugar has long been in a basic pattern of insufficient production and import supplementation. With the entry of Thai white sugar into the Chinese market, the development of China's sugar industry faces enormous opportunities and severe challenges. This paper proposes to improve the standards of sugar in China by comparing the standards related to cane sugar in China and Thailand, and provides technical support for improving the competitiveness of sugar products in China and promoting the development of sugar industry.
