国际、国外标准版权政策综述

Review of International and Foreign Standard Copyright Policies

标准版权政策是标准化组织明确版权归属、规范标准使用、维护组织利益的重要政策。为了更加清晰地了解国际、国外标准化组织的版权管理办法,更加合理地使用国际、国外先进标准,本文从版权归属、标准使用方面对ISO、IEC、CEN-CENELEC等6个国际、国外标准化组织的标准版权政策进行了综述。

Standard copyright policy is an important means for standardization organizations to clarify the ownership of copyright, standardize the use of standards and safeguard the interests of organizations. In order to understand the copyright management methods of international and foreign standardization organizations more clearly and use international and foreign advanced standards more reasonably and legally, this paper summaries the standard copyright policies of six international and foreign standardization organizations, such as ISO, IEC and CENCENELEC, from the aspects of copyright ownership and standard use.
