电网企业生产技术标准全过程管理实践探索

Exploration on the Whole Process Management Practice of Production Technical Standards in Power Grid Enterprises

随着国家标准化战略的提出和新技术、新设备在电网生产运营中的加速普及,电网企业技术标准化管理的内涵在业务覆盖、标准功能、管理目标等方面日益丰富。技术标准化管理在电网企业中由以往生产运营领域的设备健康管理,逐渐发展至面向生产运营、科技创新等领域引领技术发展、促进科技转化的新阶段。本文总结了广东电网有限责任公司(简称广东电网)技术标准化管理实践经验,为电网企业推进新时代技术标准化管理工作提供参考。

With the raising of national standardization strategy and the increasing popularization of new technology and equipment, the standardization management connotation in power grid enterprises is increasingly abundant in terms of business scope, standards function and management objectives. Technical standard management in power grid companies evolves from the equipment health management in production and operation fields to a new stage leading technology development in production, operation and technical innovation and promoting science and technology transformation. This paper summarizes the practical experience on technical standardization management in Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd.(referred to as Guangdong Power Grid) and provides a reference for the power grid enterprises to promote the management of technical standards under the background of smart grid.
