微信息环境下档案馆微媒体服务探析

Analysis of Micro-media Service of Archives in Micro Information Environment

在微信息环境下,推动微媒体服务与档案馆的有效融合,已成为档案馆完善服务职能的重要方向。文章从微信息环境下档案馆微媒体服务及其特点出发,以31个省、直辖市、自治区档案馆为研究对象,调查微信、微博、APP客户端在档案馆应用的实际情况,运用相关数据深入分析其存在的问题,提出档案馆拓展信息服务渠道、提升分众运维水平、打造适配空间资源、重构多维关联功能等相关对策。

In the micro-information environment, promoting the effective integration of micro-media services and archives has become an important direction for the archives to improve its service functions. Based on the micromedia service and its characteristics in the micro-information environment, this paper takes 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions as the research objects, and investigates the actual application of WeChat, Microblog and APP clients in the archives, uses relevant data to further analyze its existing problems, and proposes related countermeasures such as expanding the information service channels of the archives, improving the level of operation and maintenance of the audience, creating adaptive space resources, and reconstructing multidimensional related functions.
