摘要
以中美14所iSchool联盟院校为调查对象,从档案学硕士研究生教育的培养目标、学分设置、课程类型以及共性课程设置的角度,对比分析了中美档案学硕士研究生课程设置的异同,并针对我国档案学硕士研究生课程设置,提出了以职业为导向制定培养目标,注重课程类型系统化、层次化、协调化,引入实践导师,建立课程化的实习模式,通过网络平台整合和共享精品课程的对策。
From the perspectives of training objectives, credits setting, curriculum types, and common curriculum arrangements of archival postgraduate education based on the survery of 14 iSchool universities in China and in the United States, the paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences. Combined with the archival postgraduate education situation and in connection with archival postgraduate curriculum arrangement of our country, the study puts forward some countermeasures such as career-oriented development of training objectives, systematic, hierarchical and coordinated curriculum types, practical instructors setting, curriculum-based practice models and integrating and sharing high-quality curriculum through online platforms.
