基于就业状况与专业满意度的档案学专业实训教学探析

档案学是一门实践性很强的专业,根据其就业状况与专业满意度调查反映出档案学实训教学对档案学人才的培养具有重要价值。当前档案学实训教学中存在内涵单一、模式不完善、实训平台多样性弱等实训不足的失度现象,通过借鉴iSchools教育理念,创新实训模式、构建良好实训对接环境等路径,有助于提升实训教学的质量与档案学学生的就业能力。

Archival science is a highly practical discipline. According to the employment status and professional satisfaction survey, it reflects that archival training is of great value to the training of archival talents. Currently, there is a phenomenon of incomplete training in connotation, imperfect model, and weak diversity of training platforms in the archival practical training. It is helpful to improve the quality of practical training and the employability of archival graduates through innovativing training mode and constructing a good training environment by learning from the concept of iSchools.
