Expression of Parkin protein in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance

目的探讨Parkin蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法2012—2015年应用免疫组织化学方法检测50例结直肠癌患者的癌旁正常组织和癌组织Parkin蛋白的表达情况,分析临床病理特征与Parkin蛋白表达的关系。结果癌组织Parkin蛋白阳性表达率明显低于癌旁正常组织[36%(18/50)比72%(36/50)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Parkin蛋白阳性表达与组织分化程度有关(P<0.01);而与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、肿瘤类型、肿瘤浸润程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论结直肠癌组织中存在着抑癌基因Parkin的表达缺失和减弱,抑癌基因Parkin的表达异常可能与结直肠癌发生和发展有关。

Objective To investigate the expression of Parkin protein in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Parkin protein in normal and cancerous tissues of 50 patients with colorectal cancer from 2012 to 2015.The relationship between clinicopathological characteristics and Parkin protein expression was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Parkin protein in cancerous tissues was significantly lower than that in normal tissues:36%(18/50)vs.72%(36/50),and there was statistical difference(P<0.01).The positive expression of Parkin protein was correlated with the degree of tissue differentiation(P<0.01);but it was not correlated with sex,age,tumor diameter,tumor type,tumor infiltration,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P>0.05).Conclusions In colorectal cancer tissues,the expression of Parkin gene is absent and decreased.The abnormal expression of Parkin gene may be related to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
