摘要
经过生物技术、材料科学的发展及对视功能和视网膜神经科学的研究,目前主要有两种视网膜假体用于临床,分别是ArgusⅡ和alpha-IMS。视网膜假体主要通过获取图像、图像转化、内层视网膜产生激动的途径来部分重建外层视网膜的功能,使视觉信息通过视神经传递到视皮质,达到视觉重建的目的。
With the advances in biotechnology , material science and understanding of visual and retinal neuroscience, there are two kinds of retinal prostheses in clinical practice now : Argus? II and alpha-IMS.The retinal prostheses can partly rebuild the function of outer retinal by image capture , image transla-tion, and inner retina activation, from where visual information can be relayed to the visual cortex by the op -tic nerve.
