摘要
目的探讨仿真模拟教学在护理实训课程中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,2017年9月-2018年6月,选取毕节医学高等专科学校2016级护理大专生200名为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将护生分为对照组和观察组,每组各100名。对照组采用传统实验教学方法,观察组采用仿真模拟教学法,比较两组护生实验考试成绩和观察组护生对仿真模拟教学效果的评价。结果观察组护生的实验考试成绩为(88.43±12.69)分,高于对照组的(61.43±10.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=16.545,P<0.01)。98%护生希望沿用仿真模拟教学方法。结论仿真模拟教学法的应用效果优于传统实验教学方法,受到护生的赞同,值得在护理教学中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of simulation teaching on practical nursing training courses. Methods A total of 200 nursing students admitted in 2016 at Bijie Medical College were selected by convenient sampling from September 2017 to June 2018, and divided into the control group (n=100) and the observation group (n=100) according to the random number table. Nursing students in the control group received traditional teaching, while nursing students in the observation received simulation teaching. The experimental examination performance was compared between the two groups, and the satisfaction with simulation teaching in the nursing students in the observation group was evaluated. Results The experimental examination performance of the nursing students in the observation group was (88.43±12.69), higher than that of the control group (61.43±10.26)(t=16.545, P<0.01).98% of the nursing students desire simulation teaching. Conclusions The effects of simulation teaching are better than traditional experimental teaching and is recognized by nursing students, which is worth promoting in nursing teaching.
