摘要 公民逝世后器官捐献(donation after citizen'sdeath. DCD)目前已经成为我国移植器官的主要来源[1]。但DCD供者受多种不稳定因素影响,其供肾质量不能得到有效的保障,导致肾移植术后移植肾原发性无功能(primary non-function, PNF)和移植物功能恢复延迟(delay graft function. DGF)的发生率较高[2].
