摘要
选用乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇4种不同结构的二元伯醇,探讨其对于活性染料溶液K/S值、固色率、稳定性以及保湿性的影响。结果表明,二元伯醇的种类和用量对活性染料墨水的理化性能影响较大,在同等染色条件下,1,3-丙二醇对染色结果的影响最小,K/S值和固色率达到26.97和63%,乙二醇的保湿性最明显,且对墨水稳定性的影响最小。
Ethylene glycol, 1,3-propanediol, 1,4-butanediol and 1,5-pentanediol are selected to study their effects on K/S value, fixation rate, stability and moisture retention of reactive dye solution. The results show that the type and amount of primary diatomic alcohol have a great influence on the physical and chemical properties of reactive dye ink. Under the same dyeing conditions, 1,3-propanediol has the least in flue nee on the dyei ng results, and K/S value and fixation rate are 26.97 and 63%. Ethyle ne glycol has the best moisture retenti on and has the least in fluence on the stability of the ink.
