摘要
采用种子乳液聚合法,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯为主要单体,合成了一种环保型聚丙烯酸酯硬挺整理剂。考察了乳化剂用量及复配比、引发剂类型及用量、交联单体用量、软硬单体质量比对聚合物乳液和整理品性能的影响。结果表明,在乳化剂质量分数为5.0%,阴非离子型乳化剂复配比为1∶2,选用氧化还原引发体系,引发剂质量分数为0.60%,过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠质量比为2∶1,交联单体双丙酮丙烯酰胺质量分数为1.47%,软硬单体质量比为5∶12条件下,制得的硬挺剂乳液稳定性好,粒径较小。将其用于棉织物硬挺整理,可将棉织物经向抗弯长度从4.64 cm提升至9.03 cm,并具有良好的耐水洗性,无黄变。
An environ mental frie ndly polyacrylate stiffe ning age nt is synthesized by using seed emulsio n polymerization method with methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and styrene as main monomers. The effects of dosage and compound!ng ratio of emulsifiers, type and dosage of initiator, dosage of cross-linking monomer and mass ratio of soft monomer to hard monomer on the properties of polymer emulsion and finishing fabric are investigated. The results show that the stiffening agent emulsions have good stability and small particle size, under the conditions of emulsifier 5.0%, ratio of anionic emulsifier to nonionic emulsifier 1-2, with redox initiation system, initiator 0.60%, mass ratio of ammonium persulfate to sodium hydroge n sulfite 2:1, cross-li nking mono mer diacet one acrylamide 1.47%, mass ratio of soft mono mer to hard monomer 5:12. It is used for stiffening finish of cotton fabrics, the warp ben ding length of the finished fabrics can be increased from 4.64 cm to 9.03 cm, with good washability and no yellowing.
