摘要
为明确材料表面质量对错化膜性能的影响规律,在不同粗糙度、涂油量、元素富集程度以及色差缺陷板料表面制备错化膜,利用扫描电镜、X射线荧光光谱仪及电化学工作站等分析手段研究了错化膜表面形貌、膜质量、耐腐蚀性等性能。结果表明:钢板表面粗糙度对错化膜膜质量及耐腐蚀性影响显著,提高材料表面&值以及降低RR值可以提升错化膜耐腐蚀性。适当提升材料表面涂油量,可以提升错化膜耐腐蚀性。钢板表面元素富集程度较大或者存在色差缺陷均会降低错化膜耐腐蚀性。
In order to clarify the influence of surface quality of materials on the properties of zirconium films, zirconium films are prepared on the surface of sheets with different roughness, oil content, element enrichment and chromatic aberration defects. The surface morphology, film weight and corrosion resistance of zirconium films were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and electrochemical workstation. The results show that the weight and corrosion resistance of zirconium film are significantly affected by the roughness. The corrosion resistance of zirconium film can be improved by increasing Ra value and decreasing RP, value on the surface of material. The corrosion resistance of zirconium film can also be improved by properly increasing the amount of oil applied on the surface of the material. However, the corrosion resistance of zirconium film can be reduced by the high degree of elements enrichment on the surface of steel plate or the existence of chromatic aberration defects.
