胸内淋巴管瘤是一种罕见的淋巴系统良性疾病,无特异性临床表现,临床易误诊,且该病无确切有效治疗措施,多数患者预后极差。本文就胸内淋巴管瘤诊治进展作一综述,旨为提高该病的诊断意识'为临床治疗提供一定借鉴。

Intrathoracic lymphangioma is a rare benign disease of the lymphatic system with no specific clinical manifestations, and could be misdiagnosed frequently. In addition, there is no effective treatment for the disease, and most of the prognosis is very poor. This article reviews the progress of diagnosis and treatment of intrathoracic lymphangioma, aiming at improving the awareness of diagnosis and providing an effective basis for clinical treatment.
