摘要
在肿瘤细胞中,细胞外因子刺激上皮细胞后.后者会向间质细胞转化,该现象与肿瘤的浸润转移相关。该过程中上皮细胞极性会丧失,运动能力和迁移能力增强,与此同时上皮表型丢失,并且逐渐获得间质表型,这种现象被称为上皮间质转化(EMT)。现有研究发现一部分药物可以干预或抑制EMT的发生。本文综述了 EMT在肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭和转移中的分子机制及药物对EMT现象的干预和抑制作用。
In tumor cells, when extracellular factors stimulate epithelial cells, the latter will transform into stromal cells, which is related to tumor invasion and metastasis. In this process, the polarity of the epithelial cells is lost, the ability of movement and migration is enhanced, while the epithelial phenotype is lost and lhe interstitial phenotype is gradually obtained. This phenomenon is called EMT. This article reviews the molecular mechanism of epithelial mesenchymal transition in the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of tumor and the intervention and inhibition of the drug on the EMT phenomenon.
