旅游扶贫中民族文化资源利用与主体参与研究——以甘南州香告村为例

The Subjcet Participation and the Utilization of Ethnic Cultural Resources in Tourism Poverty Alleviation——A Case Study of Xianggao Village in Gannan Prefecture

以甘南州香告村为个案,分析了旅游扶贫中民族文化资源的利用过程与主体参与模式。研究发现,香告村通过挖掘、转化民族文化资源和保护民族文化资源可持续发展,民族文化资源得以有效利用;在政府引导、村民主导、合作社协调、游客体验的主体参与模式下,主体积极性得以激发。这说明,以欣赏的眼光,寻找各种优势和潜力,有助于提升民族文化资源利用的有效性,并激发主体参与的内生动力,加速脱贫致富的步伐。

From the perspective of Appreciative Inquiry Theory, this paper conducts a case study of Xianggao Village of Gannan Prefecture, analyzes the utilization process and subject participation model of ethnic cultural resources in tourism poverty alleviation. It is found that Xianggao Village has made effective use of ethnic culture resources by exploring and transforming ethnic cultural resources and protecting their sustainable development. And the subject enthusiasm has been aroused within the subject participation model of government guidance, village domination, cooperative coordination and tourist experiencing. This shows that seeking various advantages and potentials with appreciation will help to improve the effectiveness in utilizing ethnic cultural resources, and stimulate the subject endogenous driving force to accelerate the pace of poverty alleviation.
