对50例接受子宫切除术的患者进行中西医结合护理的效果分析

目的:探讨对50例接受子宫切除术的患者进行中西医结合护理的效果。方法:选取在达州市中西医结合医院接受子宫切除术的100例患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为对照组与观察组。在对两组患者进行手术期间,对对照组患者与观察组患者分别进行西医护理与中西医结合护理,然后比较两组患者的各项护理指标。结果:经护理,观察组患者术毕至肛门排气的时间、术毕至下床活动的时间与术后住院的时间均短于对照组患者,其治疗的费用少于对照组患者,其术后并发症的发生率低于对照组患者,其对护理工作的总满意率高于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论:对接受子宫切除术的患者进行中西医结合护理可显著缩短其术后恢复的时间,降低其术后并发症的发生率,减少其治疗的费用,提高其对护理工作的满意率。

Objective: To explore the effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on 50 patients undergoing hysterectomy. Methods: 100 patients who underwent hysterectomy in dazhou hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were selected as subjects. These patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. During the operation of the two groups of patients, patients in the control group and the observation group were treated with western medicine nursing and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing, and then the nursing indicators of the two groups were compared. Results: after nursing, the observation group of patients who never put off till tomorrow what you can to the anus exhaust time, never put off till tomorrow what you can to get out of bed activity time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter than the control group patients, the treatment cost is less than the control group patients, the incidence of postoperative complications is lower than the control group patients, its total satisfaction to nursing work is higher than the control group patients, P < 0.05). Conclusion: the postoperative recovery time, the incidence of postoperative complications, the cost of treatment and the satisfaction rate of nursing can be significantly reduced by the combined care of traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients undergoing hysterectomy.
