整体护理干预在肛裂患者负性情绪和生活质量中的效果观察

Effect Observation of Holistic Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotion and Quality of Life in Patients with Anal Fissure

为观察整体护理干预在肛裂患者负性情绪和生活质量中的效果,将2015年7月至2017年11月收治的肛裂患者74例实施整体护理干预,对比干预前后肛裂患者的负性情绪评分和生活质量评分。结果显示,肛裂患者干预后的两项负性情绪评分均低于干预前(P <0.05),8项生活质量指标的得分均高于干预前(P <0.05)。结果表明,对肛裂患者实施整体护理干预有助于改善患者的负性情绪,提高其生活质量。

In order to observe the effect of holistic nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life of anal fissure patients,74 patients with anal fissure admitted in author's department from July 2015 to November 2017 were treated with holistic nursing intervention.The scores of negative emotion and quality of life of patients with anal fissure before and after intervention were compared.As results,the scores of two negative emotions in patients with anal fissure after intervention were lower than those before intervention( P <0.05),and the scores of eight quality of life indexes were higher than those before intervention( P <0.05).Results show that holistic nursing intervention for anal fissure patients is helpful to improve their negative emotion and improve their quality of life.
