摘要
随着中国近海经济地区及中国桥梁建设技术的快速发展,跨江跨海大桥建设日益增多,比起陆地桥梁建设,海上施工有诸多不便,盐雾腐蚀、台风季的狂风暴雨、浪高汹涌等自然因素造成施工条件特别恶劣,设置通航孔也造成桥跨纵坡加大,且一般跨海桥跨度都比较大,大跨度桥能减少墩柱数量,节约建设成本。本次近海桥根据喂梁方式不同,采用先简支后连续设计,且桥墩为单墩独柱,根据桥梁设计要求,架桥机前主支腿需要站立在桥墩中心,不能设立墩旁支架,架桥机要具备自助架设墩顶预制节段的功能,针对此种实际工程的要求,我们研制出DPI50/50型节段拼装架桥机,两主支腿采用循环站位,设备在舟山市岱山县鱼山大桥节段梁架设施工中成功应用。该架桥机的成功应用为今后类似节段拼装架桥机及节段桥设计提供坚实的理论依据及实践经验。
Along with the rapid develop of offshore area and bridge construction technology in China, more and more bridges are built across over rivers and ocean. Compared with those on the land, bridges in ocean areas are more inconvenient to build due to the bad conditions formed by natural elements such as the corrosive salt fog, stormy weather and sea waves during typhoon season. And the requirements for ship routes also make the longitudinal slope of the bridge much larger. The spans of the bridge over the sea are normally very large, and the larger span results in less piers and lower construction cost. In this case, because the methods on feeding girder are different, the design about continuous bridge erected as simple-supported beam in advance is adopted and the piers are single pier with single pile. According to the design requirements, the front main leg of the launcher need to be set on the center of the pier, with no pier bracket, the bridging machine should have the function of launching the segment right above the piers. To solve the actual problems, we designed the DPI50/50 segmentassembled bridge erector with cyclic positioning exchange of the two main legs. The application of the launcher for Yushan Bridge of Daishan County in Zhoushan was a big success, and it could provide a solid theoretical accordance and practical experience for the design of similar equipment and segment-assembled bridge erector in the future.
