摘要 吊挂肋接式全玻璃幕墙,玻璃面板和玻璃肋板均采用吊挂支承,上部主体结构承载了幕墙的所有重量,下支座不参与受力,使玻璃肋在完全自由状态下工作,可以很好地协调主体结构变形对幕墙位移的要求,保证幕墙结构的安全。三亚海棠湾国际购物中心工程为了使室内整体空间达到通透、开放餉效果,通长的玻璃肋在一二层层间和主体结构无连接点,而是采用了驳接式的连接形式,玻璃肋总高度达到18m,单块重量约930kg,受力形式复杂、施工难度较大。此种结构形式在国内比较罕见,特别是在沿海强台风地区更是少见,本文以该工程中吊挂肋接式全玻璃幕墙的应用为例,重点介绍了此种形式幕墙玻璃肋节点深化设计及安装施工要点,并首次提出了强台风条件下的玻璃肋侧向稳定性的构造设计,为类似工程提供借鉴。 All glass curtain walls with suspended ribs, glass panels and glass ribs are supported by suspended braces. The upper main structure bears all the weight of the curtain wall, and the lower support does not participate in the force, so that the glass ribs can work in a completely free state, which can well coordinate the deformation of the main structure to the displacement requirements of the curtain wall and ensure the safety of the curtain wall structure. In order to achieve the effect of transparency and openness, the glass rib of Sanya Haitangwan International Shopping Center project has no connection between the two stories and the main structure. Instead, it adopts the connecting type. The total height of the glass rib reaches 18 meters, and the weight of a single piece is about 930 kg. The loading fbnn is complex and the construction is difficult. This kind of structure is relatively rare in China, especially in coastal areas with strong typhoons. Through the application of suspended ribbed all-glass curtain wall in this project, the key points of further design and installation of glass rib joints in this type of curtain wall are introduced, and the structure design of glass rib lateral stability under strong typhoon condition is put forward for the first time, which could provide reference for similar projects.
