摘要 随着我国高速铁路工程建设的迅速发展,隧道工程的数量、难度和质量要求与日俱增。而传统的人工喷射混凝土、拼装钢拱架和浇筑二衬混凝土的施工模式难以满足新时代对施工安全、施工效率、工程质量的要求。因此,研发高速铁路隧道支护的新型机械化成套装备与施工方法势在必行。本文依托某高铁高家坪隧道工程,研究了采用混凝土湿喷机械手、钢拱架拼装机、三臂凿岩台车、涨壳式锚杆、自行式仰拱栈桥、水沟电缆槽台车、新型衬砌台车等成套设备的新型隧道支护机械化施工技术。结果表明,在隧道支护施工阶段,引入先进的机械设备并采用相应的机械配套技术,可显著提高生产率、施工安全及质量,降低施工成本并减轻工人劳动强度,研究成果可为类似工程提供借鉴。 With the rapid development of high-speed railway construction in China, traditional manual work of shotcreting, assembling steel arch and casting secondary lining concrete cannot meet the new requirements in safety, efficiency and quality. It is imperative to develop new mechanized complete sets of equipment and construction methods for tunnel support of high-speed railway due to the higher requirements of the tunnel constructionin quantity, quality and difficulty. In this paper, combined with Gaojiaping tunnel project, a new mechanized construction technology of tunnel supporting structure equipment was developed, including concrete wet shotcrete machine, steel arch assembly machine, three-arm drilling jumbo, shell-expanding bolt, self-propelled inverted arch trestle, gutter machine and new type lining trolley. The results show that in the stage of tunnel supporting construction, the productivity, construction safety and quality can be improved significantly by introducing advanced mechanical equipment and adopting corresponding mechanical matching technology, while the construction cost and labor intensity of workers are reduced. The reference of the research results for the similar tunnel engineering can be provided.
