摘要 石化企业高温管道长期处于高温高压的恶劣工作环境,管道的失效直接影响炼化企业的安全经济运行。疲劳损伤是造成石化企业高温管道失效的主要方式之一,实现石化企业高温管道的疲劳损伤在线监测和分析是提高其安全运行和管理水平的有效途径。本文研究提出了高风险应力区的判别方法,并基于高温应变片构建了高温管道疲劳损伤在线监测系统。同时,提出了随机应力谱快速处理方法,以及累积损伤疲劳剩余寿命预测方法。在线监测和分析系统已在石化企业进行现场应用并取得良好效果,为企业开展以可靠性为中心的维修提供了技术基础。 High temperature pipelines in petrochemical enterprises are in a bad working environment for a long time. The failure of high temperature pipeline directly affects the safety and economic operation of petrochemical enterprises. Fatigue damage is one of the main ways to cause high temperature pipeline failure in petrochemical enterprises. To realize the on-line monitoring of fatigue damage of high temperature pipeline is an effective way to improve safety operation and management level of petrochemical enterprises. The method of distinguishing high risk stress region is studied and proposed. A fatigue damage on-line monitoring system based on high temperature strain gauge is developed. At the same time, the fast real time processing method of random stress spectrum from fatigue damage on-line monitoring system is proposed, the cumulative damage and fatigue residual life prediction method are studied and proposed. The on-line monitoring and analysis system has been applied in petrochemical enterprises and achieved good results. It provides a technical basis for enterprises to carry out reliability centered maintenance (RCM).
