摘要
本文对Super304H摩擦焊焊接接头进行不同时间的625℃时效处理。随着时效处理时间的延长,焊合区、热影响区和母材区基体组织仍为奥氏体组织,析出相数量逐渐增多,冲击韧性不断下降,抗拉强度逐渐增加,时效处理500h达到最大值,随着时效时间的继续延长,M23C6碳化物聚集和长大导致抗拉强度缓慢下降,拉伸试样和冲击试样的断裂模式逐渐从韧性断裂转变为脆性断裂。
In this paper, the tensile strength and impact toughness of the welding joints were studied after aging at 625°C withdifferent time. As the increasing of aging time, the welding area, heat affected area and base meta) were still austenite, the impact toughness of the joints decreased, the number of precipitates gradually increased. The tensile strength of the joints increased firstly, than decreased after 500 hoursageing,whichis attributed to the aggregate and growth of the carbides. The rupture mode of tensile strength and impact toughness samples changed from ductile fracture to brittle fracture.
