本文对《场(厂)内专用机动车辆安全技术监察规程》中关于叉车定义的条款进行介绍,对叉车工作装置必须为货叉的规定进行分析并指出其不合理性,建议将安装属具的叉车纳入监管;对三区使用限制进行分析,并提出叉车不适用于旅游景区及游乐场所的观点。

This paper introduces the definition of "Special Purpose Motor Vehicles in Defined Fields Safety and Technical Supervision Regulation", analyzes the stipulation that forklift working device must be fork arms and points out its irrationality, suggests that forklift trucks with attachments should be supervised, analyzes the restrictions on the use of forklift trucks in three districts, and puts forward forklift trucks. It is not applicable to tourist attractions and amusement places.
